Ever since then I’ve continued working with my now company and I’m really happy here. Joining the YSEALI program allowed to be inspired to be a bit more confident in what I am good at and also realize that I have many opportunities to learn and grow. The coaching that was given by Lekan and his colleagues helped myself and the others realize our potential. I’ve had so much opportunity since then to grow with my company and since then have had achieved multiple professional certifications through the support of my company and also give back to society by training people in upscaling their skills or support their career switch through RPA, it’s still the beginning for me so many things are still new to me, but I’m happy!
